DBRS Discontinues Rating on Class A1 Notes Issued by Orange Lion VII RMBS B.V.
RMBSDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued its rating on the Class A1 notes issued by Orange Lion VII RMBS B.V. following the full repayment of the notes on 20 May 2016.
The balance and the rating of the notes prior to their full redemption were as follows:
-- €86,618,211.79 Class A1 notes, rated AAA (sf)
DBRS also rates the Class A2, Class A3 and Class A4 notes in the same transaction.

The principal methodology applicable is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not require the application of the entire principal methodology.
