DBRS Releases New CMBS Reporting Platform, IReports and Updated CMBS North American Surveillance Methodology (1)

DBRS is pleased to announce that IReports, its new online CMBS reporting platform, has today gone live as part of DBRS’s ongoing efforts to provide greater transparency into its credit analysis and rating process.

IReports is an interactive data-driven loan-level reporting platform that provides users with access to DBRS presale reports, surveillance updates, transaction information and contextual loan-level data in a user-friendly manner.

At issuance, DBRS presale reports for each DBRS-rated U.S. and Canadian CMBS conduit transaction will be available on IReports at Ireports.dbrs.com and, as the transaction seasons, DBRS will deliver its ongoing surveillance analysis and up-to-date commentary through the same platform. Data is available on the universe of U.S. and Canadian CMBS conduit transactions as well as commentary on a sample of DBRS rated-conduit transactions.

Registration and access to IReports is available at ireports.dbrs.com. Access is complimentary and no subscription is required.

In addition, DBRS has today updated its “CMBS North American Surveillance” methodology (the Methodology (1)). The Methodology, effective as of the date of this press release, supersedes any previously available methodologies.

The update consists primarily of edits and additional details regarding IReports. No material changes have been made to the Methodology and, as a result, no outstanding ratings will be affected.
