DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Loans Issued by ABPCI Direct Lending Funding I LLC

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today discontinued the ratings on the Class A-R Loans, the Class A-T Loans and the Class B Loans (together, the Loans) issued by ABPCI Direct Lending Funding I LLC pursuant to the Credit Agreement dated as of December 11, 2015 (as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated April 22, 2016, and Amendment No. 2 dated May 20, 2016, and as further amended, supplemented, waived or modified prior to the date hereof and in effect on the date hereof), among ABPCI Direct Lending Funding I LLC as Borrower; Natixis, New York Branch as Administrative Agent; and U.S. Bank National Association (U.S. Bank) as Collateral Agent.

The discontinuations reflect repayment in full of the outstanding Loans in connection with the execution and delivery of an indenture dated as of December 22, 2016 (the Indenture) among ABPCI Direct Lending Fund CLO I Ltd. as issuer (the Issuer), ABPCI Direct Lending Fund CLO I LLC as co-issuer, ABPCI Direct Lending Fund CLO I First Static Subsidiary LLC as first static subsidiary, ABPCI Direct Lending Fund CLO I Second Static Subsidiary LLC as second static subsidiary and U.S. Bank as trustee (the Trustee), whereby the Borrower will merge with the Issuer and the Issuer shall be the surviving entity.
