DBRS Discontinues Ratings of Morgan Stanley Re-Remic Trust 2011-KEY

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today discontinued the ratings of the Re-REMIC Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2011-KEY (the Certificates) issued by Morgan Stanley Re-Remic Trust 2011-KEY as the trust was terminated with the September 2016 remittance. This concludes DBRS’s surveillance of this transaction.
