DBRS Publishes Updated Structured Finance Flow-Through Ratings Methodology

DBRS has today published an updated version of its “Structured Finance Flow-Through Ratings” methodology (the Methodology). Publication of this updated Methodology is part of DBRS’s ongoing efforts to provide greater transparency to the ratings process.

This update supersedes the previous version of the Methodology published in January 2016. While certain details have been clarified in the Methodology, DBRS deems the changes to not be material and has determined that no ratings are or will be changed as a result of these updates.
