DBRS Closes Request for Comment Process on Construction and Property Development Corporate Finance Methodology

On December 20, 2016, DBRS published the methodology, “Rating Companies in the Construction and Property Development Industry,” on a request for comment basis.

The comment period ended on January 23, 2017, and no comments were received. Accordingly, the methodology published on December 20, 2016, is now in final form.
