DBRS Updates University Peer Comparison Table and Business and Financial Risk Assessments Scorecard

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today updated the DBRS Canadian University Peer Comparison Table and Rating Public Universities — Business and Financial Risk Assessments scorecard. The table provides an overview of the key metrics that may influence university credit ratings.

The scorecard displays business and financial risk assessments for each DBRS-rated Canadian university. The goal of the scorecard is to provide additional insight into how DBRS determines ratings. The assessments are measured using the same scale as DBRS’s rating scale and are provided for each business and financial risk factor important to the sector.
