February 22, 2017

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued its rating of BBB (high) (sf) on the Senior Notes issued by Volta Electricity Receivables Securitisation.

The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Senior Notes as of the last payment date, 16 February 2017.

The remaining balance of the Senior Notes before the payment in full was EUR 11,008,918.09.

Notes:
All figures are in euros (EUR) unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
