DBRS Publishes Updated Representations and Warranties Criteria for U.S. RMBS Transactions Methodology

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today published its updated Representations and Warranties Criteria for U.S. RMBS Transactions methodology. This methodology, effective as of the date of this press release, supersedes the previous methodology, Representations and Warranties Criteria for U.S RMBS Transactions, dated May 2014.

While certain minor edits were made in an effort to achieve a consistent format with other Structured Finance methodologies where applicable and appropriate, including the addition of a Scope and Limitations section, the changes overall are not material and no ratings are expected to change as a result of these updates.
