DBRS Releases CD 2017-CD4 Mortgage Trust on IReports

(DBRS) is pleased to announce that CD 2017-CD4 Mortgage Trust is now available on IReports, DBRS’s new online CMBS reporting platform designed to provide greater transparency into its credit analysis and rating process. Access is complimentary and no subscription is required.

IReports is an interactive, data-driven, loan-level reporting platform that provides users with access to DBRS presale reports, surveillance updates, transaction information and contextual loan-level data in a user-friendly manner.

At issuance, DBRS presale reports for each DBRS-rated U.S. and Canadian CMBS conduit transaction will be available on IReports at http://ireports.dbrs.com and, as the transaction seasons, DBRS will deliver its ongoing surveillance analysis and up-to-date commentary through the same platform. Data is available on the universe of U.S. and Canadian CMBS conduit transactions as well as commentary on a sample of DBRS rated-conduit transactions.
