DBRS Requests Comments on Two Corporate Finance Methodologies

DBRS has today requested comments on the following global methodologies:

1) Rating Independent Power Producers, and
2) DBRS Criteria: Evaluating Corporate Governance.

These methodologies were already in use in North America, but DBRS is requesting comments so that these methodologies will be available to be used by DBRS analysts globally. Publication of these methodologies on a global basis will not change any ratings.

Comments should be received on or before July 7, 2017. Please submit comments to the following email address: corporate.finance.comments@dbrs.com. DBRS publishes all comments received except in cases where confidentiality is requested by the respondent.
