DBRS Discontinues Avis Budget Rental Car Funding (AESOP) LLC, Series 2011-5 Because of Repayment

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today discontinued its outstanding ratings on the Class A, Class B and Class C Notes of Avis Budget Rental Car Funding (AESOP) LLC, Series 2011-5 because of repayment.

The ratings are based on DBRS’s review of the following analytical considerations:
-- Transaction capital structure, ratings and form and sufficiency of available credit enhancement.
-- The transaction parties’ capabilities with regard to servicing.
-- The credit quality of the collateral pool and projected performance.
