DBRS Releases BANK 2017-BNK7 on IReports

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) is pleased to announce that BANK 2017-BNK7 is now available on IReports, DBRS’s online CMBS reporting platform designed to provide greater transparency into its credit analysis and rating process. The DBRS presale report is also available on IReports with a new, enhanced highlighting feature. Users are able to highlight notable text within the PDF report, label and attach a comment if relevant. The highlights and comments are saved and unique to each user’s login. Highlights will be exportable in the future. Data is available on the universe of U.S. and Canadian CMBS conduit transactions as well as commentary on a sample of DBRS rated-conduit transactions.
