DBRS Confirms Ratings on HERO Funding 2016-3 and HERO Funding II 2016-3B

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) conducted a review of HERO Funding 2016-3 and HERO Funding II 2016-3B, two publicly rated U.S. structured finance asset-backed securities with three outstanding publicly rated classes. All of the rated classes reviewed were confirmed, as performance trends are such that credit enhancement levels are sufficient to cover DBRS’s expected losses at their current respective rating levels.

HERO Funding 2016-3

-- Class A2 Notes confirmed at AA (sf)

HERO Funding II 2016-3B
-- Class B Notes confirmed at BBB (sf)

The ratings are based on DBRS’s review of the following analytical considerations:
-- Transaction capital structure, proposed ratings and form and sufficiency of available credit enhancement.
-- The transaction parties’ capabilities with regard to origination, underwriting and servicing.
-- Credit quality of the collateral pool and the historical performance of the Portfolio.
