DBRS Publishes Updated Legal Criteria for European Structured Finance Transactions

DBRS Rating Limited (DBRS) updated its “Legal Criteria for European Structured Finance Transactions” (the Methodology). The Methodology outlines DBRS’s approach with respect to legal criteria for rating securitisations and covered bonds issued in Europe.

This update supersedes the previous version published on 14 September 2016. While certain details have been clarified in the Methodology, DBRS does not deem the changes to be material and has determined that no ratings are or will be changed as a result of this update.
