DBRS Discontinues Rating on High Park Bayview Inc. (Bayview Village Apartments – Mortgage Loan)

DBRS Limited (DBRS) discontinued the rating on the 5.86% Mortgage Loan due November 1, 2017 (the Mortgage Loan), advanced by a major Canadian financial institution to High Park Bayview Inc., in relation to Bayview Village Apartments, as the Mortgage Loan was fully repaid on November 1, 2017.
