DBRS Discontinues Rating on Notes Issued by IM Sabadell RMBS 3 Fondo De Titulizacion De Activos
RMBSDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its AA (high) (sf) rating on the Class A Mortgage-Backed Floating Rate Securitisation Notes (Class A Notes) issued by IM Sabadell RMBS 3 Fondo De Titulizacion De Activos (the Issuer).
The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Class A Notes on 22 November 2017. The remaining balance prior to the full redemption was EUR 487,551,113.28.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
