DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Class A Notes Issued by Auto ABS Italian Loans Master SRL
AutoDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its ratings on the Class A1 and Class A2 Notes (the Class A Notes) issued by Auto ABS Italian Loans Master SRL. The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class A Notes at the last payment date on 29 January 2018.
The outstanding balance and rating of the Class A Notes before full repayment were as follows:
-- EUR 300,000,000 Class A1 Notes rated AA (high) (sf)
-- EUR 300,000,000 Class A2 Notes rated AA (high) (sf)
The Class B Notes, not rated by DBRS, were also repaid in full at the last payment date.
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
