DBRS Publishes Updated Rating Canadian Structured Finance Transactions Methodology and Related Appendices

DBRS published an updated general Canadian Structured Finance methodology with its related appendices as follows:

-- Rating Canadian Structured Finance Transactions (General CSF Methodology)
-- Franchise Loans Appendix to the General CSF Methodology
-- Consumer Loans Appendix to the General CSF Methodology
-- Insurance Premium Loans to the General CSF Methodology
-- Legislated Utility Collections to the General CSF Methodology

These updates supersede previous versions published on December 6, 2017. While certain details have been clarified in these methodologies, DBRS deems the changes to not be material and has determined that no ratings are or will be changed as a result of these updates.
