DBRS Releases Two Updated Public Finance Methodologies

DBRS published two updated public finance methodologies, namely

(1) Rating Canadian Provincial Governments and
(2) Rating Canadian Municipal Governments.

These updates supersede the versions of each of the above methodologies previously updated and published in May 2017.

While certain details have been clarified in these methodologies, DBRS has determined that the changes are not material and that no ratings will change as a result of this update.
