DBRS Discontinues Rating on Malatesta Finance S.r.l. Series 2012

RMBS
May 03, 2018

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its rating on the Class A Notes issued by Malatesta Finance S.r.l. Series 2012 (the Issuer).

The discontinuation reflects the full redemption of the Class A Notes as at the payment date on 30 April 2018. Prior to their repayment, the outstanding principal of the Class A Notes was EUR 56,847,298.2 with a rating of AAA (sf).

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
