DBRS Upgrades and Confirms Ratings on Notes Issued by Ambrose 2014-6

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) upgraded the ratings on the Class B Notes and Class C Notes issued by Ambrose 2014-6. The rating on the Class B Notes was upgraded to AA (high) (sf) from AA (sf), and the rating on the Class C Notes was upgraded to AA (low) (sf) from BBB (high) (sf). DBRS has also confirmed the AAA (sf) rating on the Class A2 Notes issued by Ambrose 2014-6.

The Class A2 Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes (collectively, the Notes) were issued by Ambrose 2014-6 pursuant to the Indenture dated as of October 8, 2014. The Notes are collateralized primarily by a portfolio of private-placement corporate bonds and global project finance securities. AIG Asset Management (U.S.), LLC acts as the collateral manager for Ambrose 2014-6.

The ratings on the Notes address the timely payment of interest and the ultimate payment of principal on or before the Stated Maturity. The ratings do not address any other amounts that may be paid to noteholders, including, but not limited to, any additional amounts or make-whole payments.
