DBRS Publishes Updated Legal Criteria for Canadian Structured Finance

DBRS published an updated version of its “Legal Criteria for Canadian Structured Finance” (the Methodology). This version supersedes the previous version of the Methodology published in July 2017. While certain details have been clarified in the Methodology, DBRS deems the changes to not be material and has determined that no ratings are or will be changed as a result of these updates.
