DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Class A Notes Issued by Sunrise S.r.l. – Series 2015-3
Consumer Loans & Credit CardsDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its AAA (sf) ratings on the Class A1 Notes and on the Class A2 Notes (together, the Class A Notes) issued by Sunrise S.r.l. - Series 2015-3.
The discontinuations reflect the payment in full of the Class A Notes on the 27 July 2018 payment date. The remaining balances of the Class A1 and A2 Notes before the payment in full were EUR 9,364,420.93 and EUR 3,025,599.81, respectively.
DBRS continues to rate the Class M Notes in the same transaction at AAA (sf).
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
