DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) discontinued the outstanding ratings on the Series 2012-3 Notes, Class A; Series 2012-3 Notes, Class B; and Series 2012-3 Notes, Class C securities issued by Avis Budget Rental Car Funding (AESOP) LLC, Series 2012-3 due to repayment.
