DBRS Closes Request for Comment Period on Its “Rating Companies in the Mining Industry” Methodology

DBRS released its “Rating Companies in the Mining Industry” methodology (the Methodology) after the closure of a public request for comment (RFC) period that ended on September 20, 2018, per the press release “DBRS Updates and Requests Comments on its Rating Companies in the Mining Industry Methodology,” dated August 20, 2018.

DBRS received no comments on the Methodology during the RFC period; therefore, there are no changes to the Methodology published on August 20, 2018, which comes in to effect as of today.

DBRS publishes on its website any comments received except in cases where confidentiality is requested by the respondent.

DBRS criteria and methodologies are publicly available on its website http://www.dbrs.com under Methodologies.
