DBRS: Updates Website to Reflect Intrepid Aviation’s Rebranding as Voyager Aviation

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has updated its website to reflect the corporate rebranding of Intrepid Aviation Group Holdings, LLC (Intrepid) to Voyager Aviation Holdings, LLC (Voyager or the Company). The rebranding of the Company has no impact to its Long-Term Issuer Rating of BB or its Long-Term Senior Debt rating of BB (low). The trend on all ratings is Stable.

The rebranding reflects the continuing evolution of the Company following the previously announced strategic partnership with Amedeo in July 2018 (see DBRS press release Intrepid Aviation’s Partnership with Amedeo Benefits Franchise, No Ratings Impact, July 10, 2018).
