DBRS Finalizes Provisional Issuer Rating on AltaGas Canada Inc.

DBRS Limited (DBRS) finalized its provisional Issuer Rating of BBB (high) with a Stable trend on AltaGas Canada Inc. (ACI or the Company). This follows the completion of the Company’s initial public offering and closing of the purchase and sale transactions with AltaGas Ltd. (rated BBB, Under Review with Developing Implications, by DBRS) as contemplated when the provisional ratings were assigned on September 13, 2018.
