DBRS Releases Updated Methodology for Rating Canadian Residential Mortgages, HELOCs and Reverse Mortgages

DBRS published an updated version of its “Rating Canadian Residential Mortgages, Home Equity Lines of Credit and Reverse Mortgages” methodology. The update supersedes the previous version published in November 2017. DBRS added an updated Scope and Limitations section. DBRS deems the change to not be material and has determined that no ratings are or will be changed as a result of the update.
