DBRS Updates and Requests Comment on Rating Companies in the Construction and Property Development Industry Methodology

DBRS updated its methodology titled “Rating Companies in the Construction and Property Development Industry” (the Methodology) and is requesting comment on the Methodology so that it may be used by analysts located in Europe (the Methodology is already available for use by analysts located in North America). This update supersedes the version of the Methodology that was previously updated and published in January 2018.

While certain details have been clarified in the Methodology, DBRS deems the changes not to be material and has determined that no ratings are or will be changed as a result of this update.
