DBRS Closes Request for Comment Period on its Preferred Share and Hybrid Criteria

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) released its criteria titled “Preferred Share and Hybrid Security Criteria” (the Criteria) after the closure of a public request for comments (RFC) period that ended on December 1, 2018, per the press release “DBRS Updates and Requests Comments on Preferred Share and Hybrid Criteria” dated November 1, 2018.

DBRS received no comments on the Criteria during the RFC period; therefore, there are no changes to the Criteria that was updated and published on November 1, 2018.

DBRS publishes on its website any comments received except in cases where confidentiality is requested by the respondent.
