DBRS Discontinues Rating on the Class A1 Notes Issued by Berica 10 Residential MBS S.r.l.
RMBSDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its rating on the Class A1 Notes issued by Berica 10 Residential MBS S.r.l.
The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Class A1 Notes on 30 November 2018. The balance of the Class A1 Notes prior to the full redemption was EUR 178,196,338.41. Prior to the discontinuation, the rating of the Class A1 Notes was AAA (sf).

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
