DBRS Confirms Lakeshore Trust at R-1 (high) (sf)

DBRS Limited (DBRS) confirmed Lakeshore Trust’s (the Trust) Series 1 Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Notes rating at R-1 (high) (sf). The rating confirmation is pursuant to the inclusion of a new transaction (Transaction 95) in the Trust on December 12, 2018.

As part of its ongoing efforts to increase the transparency of reporting asset-backed commercial paper conduit activity, DBRS has also released a transaction summary report providing details of Transaction 95, which consists of a portfolio of conventional home equity lines of credit originated by a chartered bank operating in Canada.
