Press Release

DBRS Discontinues Rating on Sligo Card Finance 2015 DAC

Consumer Loans & Credit Cards
December 18, 2018

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its rating on the Class A Notes issued by Sligo Card Finance 2015 DAC (the Issuer).

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class A Notes as at the payment date on 17 December 2018. Prior to their repayment in full, the outstanding principal balance of the Class A Notes was EUR 189,088,372.67 with a rating of AA (sf).

Notes:
All figures are in Euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
