December 24, 2018

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its ratings on the Class A Notes and Class B Notes (the Notes) issued by Private Driver 2015-1 UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

The discontinuations reflect the payment in full of the Notes on 21 December 2018. The balances of the Class A Notes and Class B Notes prior to the full redemption were EUR 101,035,491.30 and EUR 4,540,908.80, respectively. Prior to the discontinuations, the ratings of the Class A Notes and Class B Notes were AAA (sf) and AA (high) (sf), respectively.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
