DBRS Discontinues Ratings of Hyatt Hotel Portfolio Trust 2017-HYT2

DBRS Limited (DBRS) discontinued the ratings on the Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2017-HYT2 issued by Hyatt Hotel Portfolio Trust 2017-HYT2, as the Trust was terminated with the December 2018 remittance, following the repayment of the underlying loan in the transaction. This concludes DBRS’s surveillance of this transaction.
