DBRS Closes Request for Comment Period on Rating Companies in the Construction and Property Development Industry Methodology

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) released its “Rating Companies in the Construction and Property Development Industry” methodology (the Methodology) after the closure of a public request for comments (RFC) period that ended on January 3, 2019, per the press release “DBRS Updates and Requests Comment on Rating Companies in the Construction and Property Development Industry Methodology,” dated December 3, 2018.

DBRS received no comments on the Methodology during the RFC period; therefore, there are no changes to the Methodology that was last updated and published on December 3, 2018.

DBRS publishes on its website all comments received except in cases where confidentiality is requested by the respondent.
