DBRS Closes Request for Comment Period on the Rating European Trade Receivables Securitisation Transactions Methodology

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) finalised its “Rating European Trade Receivables Securitisation Transactions” methodology. This methodology presents the criteria used to assign and/or monitor trade receivables securitisation ratings in Europe.

The publication follows the closure of a request for comment (RFC) period that ended on 28 December 2018. For further background, please refer to DBRS’s press release “DBRS Requests Comments on Rating European Trade Receivables Securitisation Transactions Methodology” dated 26 November 2018.

DBRS received no comments on the methodology during the RFC period; therefore, there are no changes to the methodology that was published on 26 November 2018.

DBRS publishes on its website any comments received except in cases where confidentiality is requested by
the respondent.

The methodology is effective as of today. DBRS has determined that no ratings will be changed as a result of the publication of the methodology.
