DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Notes Issued by Asset-Backed European Securitisation Transaction Ten S.r.l.
AutoDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its ratings of the Class C and Class D Notes issued by Asset-Backed European Securitisation Transaction Ten S.r.l. (A-BEST 10).
The discontinuations reflect the payments in full of the Class C and Class D Notes on 10 December 2018 and 11 February 2019, respectively. The remaining balances of the Class C and D Notes prior to the full redemptions were EUR 3,700,000 and EUR 300,000, respectively. Prior to the discontinuations, the Class C and D Notes were both rated AAA (sf).
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
