DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Neuberger Berman European CLO IV D.A.C.
Structured CreditDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its ratings on the Senior Funding Facility and Mezzanine Funding Facility (together, the Facilities) of Neuberger Berman European CLO IV D.A.C. (the Borrower), following notification from Barclays Bank PLC (the Lender) that the Borrower has been terminated.
The Facilities were never drawn to fund the warehousing of collateral and therefore no final payments were made to the Lender by the Borrower under these facilities.
The ratings for the Facilities, prior to discontinuation, were as follows:
-- Senior Funding Facility at A (high) (sf)
-- Mezzanine Funding Facility at BBB (low) (sf)
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “Rating CLOs and CDOs of Large Corporate Credit”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the Facilities have been repaid in full.
Other methodologies referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release.
These may be found on www.dbrs.com at: http://www.dbrs.com/about/methodologies.
