DBRS Assigns Provisional Rating of AAA to OMERS Finance Trust’s Medium-Term Notes

DBRS Limited (DBRS) assigned a provisional rating of AAA with a Stable trend to the Medium-Term Notes (the Notes) to be issued from time to time by OMERS Finance Trust (OFT). The initial issuance of the Notes from OFT is expected to be USD Senior Notes. OFT is the principal financing vehicle of OMERS Administration Corporation (OMERS). The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by OMERS and rank pari passu with all other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of OMERS.
