DBRS Finalizes Provisional Rating of AAA on OMERS Finance Trust’s Medium-Term Notes

DBRS Limited (DBRS) finalized the provisional rating of AAA with a Stable trend on the Medium-Term Notes (the Notes) issued from time to time by OMERS Finance Trust (OFT). The initial issuance of the Notes from OFT comprises USD 1.25 billion of senior notes with a coupon rate of 2.5% and a maturity date of May 2, 2024. OFT is the principal financing vehicle of OMERS Administration Corporation (OMERS; rated AAA with a Stable trend by DBRS). The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by OMERS and rank pari passu with all other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of OMERS.
