Consumer Loans & Credit CardsDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its rating on the Series A notes issued by BBVA Consumo 6, F.T.A. (the Issuer).
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Series A notes on the 23 April 2019 payment date. Prior to the repayment, the Series A notes were rated at A (high) (sf) and had an outstanding principal balance of EUR 5,231,299.50.
DBRS continues to rate the Series B notes in the same transaction. Please refer to www.dbrs.com for more information.
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
