DBRS Discontinues Rating on Class B Notes Issued by Bavarian Sky France, Compartment French Auto Leases 2
AutoDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued its AA (sf) rating on the Class B Notes (the Notes) issued by Bavarian Sky France, Compartment French Auto Leases 2.
The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Notes on the 22 May 2019 payment date. The balance of the Notes prior to the redemption was EUR 51,782,233.71.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

The sources of data and information used for this rating include monthly investor reports provided by France Titrisation (the Management Company) and BMW Finance SNC.
DBRS did not rely upon third-party due diligence in order to conduct its analyses.
At the time of the initial rating, DBRS was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.
DBRS considers the data and information available to it for the purposes of providing this rating to be of satisfactory quality.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 10 December 2018, when DBRS confirmed the rating on the Class A Notes at AAA (sf) and upgraded the rating on the Class B Notes to AA (sf) from A (high) (sf).
