Consumer/Commercial LeasesDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its rating on the Series A and Series B notes (the Notes) issued by Foncaixa Leasings 2 F.T.A. (the Issuer).
The discontinuations reflect the payment in full of the Notes on 24 May 2019, following the early liquidation of the Issuer. The remaining balances and ratings of the Series A and Series B notes prior to the full redemptions were EUR 58,941,979.25 and EUR 172,500,000.00 and A (high) (sf) and BBB (sf), respectively.
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
