SoFi Alternative Trust 2019-C: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) finalized its provisional rating on the Post-Graduate Loan Asset-Backed Certificates (Certificates) issued by SoFi Alternative Trust 2019-C (SAT 2019-C). SAT 2019-C represents the third rated term student loan ABS (SLABS) transaction sponsored by SoFi Lending Corp. (SoFi) in 2019 and the 26th rated term SLABS transaction sponsored by SoFi since the company’s inaugural issuance in 2013. DBRS has rated all but one of these transactions. SAT 2019-C represents the first rated pass-through certificate transaction issued by SoFi.
