(DBRS) assigned provisional ratings to New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-3 (NRMLT 2019-3 or the Trust), a securitization of a seasoned portfolio of performing and re-performing first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of mortgage-backed notes (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 3,143 loans with a total principal balance of $388,831,794 as of the Cutoff Date (June 1, 2019).
