Consumer/Commercial LeasesDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued its AAA (sf) ratings on the Class B1 Notes and Class B2 Notes (the Notes) issued by Alba 7 SPV S.r.l.
The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Notes as at the 27 June 2019 payment date.
The remaining balance of the Class B1 Notes and Class B2 Notes before the repayment in full was EUR 6,398,580.00 and EUR 3,199,290.00, respectively.
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
