On 12 July 2019, DBRS assigned provisional ratings to the EUR 278.1 million Asset-Backed Floating Rate Class A Notes (the Class A Notes), EUR 19.4 million Asset-Backed Floating Rate Class B Notes (the Class B Notes), the EUR 14.6 million Asset-Backed Floating Rate Class C Notes (the Class C Notes), the EUR 4.9 million Asset-Backed Floating Rate Class D Notes (the Class D Notes), the EUR 3.2 million Asset-Backed Floating Rate Class E Notes (the Class E Notes) and the EUR 10.8 million Asset-Backed Floating Rate Class X Notes (the Class X Notes) to be issued in this transaction.
