DBRS Discontinues Rating of the Class A Notes Issued by Valsabbina SPV 1 S.r.l. (SME)
Structured CreditDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued its rating of the Class A Notes issued by Valsabbina SPV 1 S.r.l. (SME).
The discontinuation reflects the full payment of the Class A Notes on 28 August 2019. The remaining balance and rating of the Class A Notes were previously EUR 253,409,967.09 and A (sf), respectively.
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Rating CLOs Backed by Loans to European SMEs”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
